My only criticism of this Bible is that I’m not sure the cover and binding will wear well over time. However, using a Bible cover/case would solve this problem. Or you can purchase this beautiful leather-bound version.
I would definitely recommend this well-organized, fun, and attractive presentation of the Bible to preteen girls, who are ready to study beyond the simplified Bible stories they have learned in Sunday School. The Young Women of Faith Bible will help them dig deeper and encourage personal growth in their personal relationship with God.

The added features are all really well done, though. Weekly Bible studies, "If I were there," journaling boxes, and pull-out memory verses make the text interactive. Sidebars and book introduction aid with background and understanding. The book introductions are done almost "bullet-point" style which makes them easy to read and assimilate at a glance. Even the formatting of the concordance makes it easy to use, because each entry's main word is in a contrasting color so it stands out.
All in all, my preteen found this simple to use and relevant for her age group.
