“the gods aren’t angry”
Rob Bell begins 22-city tour in November

More information about Rob Bell GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., October 15, 2007 – Bestselling author Rob Bell begins his next tour called "the gods aren't angry" November 5 at the Vic Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. From November 5th until December 2nd Bell will visit auditoriums, theaters, and concert halls in 22 cities from coast to coast. Total tour attendance is expected to exceed 25,000 people.

According to Bell, the tour is about how humans invented religion to make sense of life. Part anthropology and part history, Bell's presentation explores where we got the idea of a being called "God." With an overarching theme of grace, he investigates a variety of topics including reconciliation, repentance, religion, and ritual.

Net proceeds from ticket sales go to the Turame Microfinance Project directed by World Relief providing aid to Burundi, one of the world's poorest countries.
