GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., May 24, 2007 – Zondervan, a world leader in Christian communications, has received eight Christian Book Award nominations by the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA).

The ECPA Christian Book Awards are among the oldest and most prestigious awards in the religious publishing industry. For nearly 30 years, the ECPA has honored publishers for excellence in content, literary quality, design and significance of contribution. Zondervan’s eight nominations span five of the six ECPA categories, which include Bibles, Bible Reference & Study, Fiction, Christian Life, Children’s and Inspiration & Gift. Nominations include:
