unChristian: What A New Generation Thinks about Christianity…And Why It Matters
David Kinnaman and Gabe Lyons
Christians are supposed to represent Christ to the world. But according to the latest report card, something has gone terribly wrong. Using descriptions like "hypocritical," "insensitive," and "judgmental," young Americans share an impression of Christians that's nothing short of . . . unChristian. Find out why these negative perceptions exist, learn how to reverse them in a Christlike manner, and discover practical examples of how Christians can positively contribute to culture.

Everything Must Change: Jesus, Global Crises, and a Revolution of Hope
Brian McLaren
What are the world's top crises, and what does the message of Jesus say to those crises? What would it mean for us to shape our ecclesiology around our missiology, rather than the reverse? What would it mean for us to put Jesus' message of the kingdom of God at the very heart of everything we say and do? Let’s explore together what God's grace at work both in this life and the life to come, both to individuals and to societies and the planet as a whole can mean for all of us.

Creating Healthy Leadership Teams and Staff Relationships
Larry Osborne
Healthy leadership teams and staffs don’t just happen – they have to be created AND maintained. Unfortunately, many of our traditional church structures and practices are unintentionally designed to foster disunity. This workshop will focus on the keys to overcoming these structural roadblocks and what it takes to get the right people, in the right place, doing the right things. Join me as we explore:

+ Guarding the gate – and why it’s so important

+ The one thing you never want to overlook

+ The power of a “No Votes Allowed” meeting

+ When most leaders do their best thinking

+ What must change with growth – and if it doesn’t, will strangle your ministry

Developing an Experiential Worship Ministry
Bob Rognlien
Do you feel like something is missing in your worship ministry, but you are not sure what it is? This in-depth practical seminar introduces participants to a more complete kind of biblical worship that can be implemented in any size church or type of ministry: “Experiential Worship.” We explore the implications of worshiping God with our heart, soul, mind, and strength through a reexamination of Jesus’ “Great Commandment,” multi-media presentations, and hands-on exercises. We follow this with concrete examples from actual Experiential Worship services and practical ideas for developing an effective process to implement this kind of worship in your church on a weekly basis.
