Register for NPC

You will be registering through the system of our friends at Youth Specialties. Upon registering, you must pay the full amount due for all attendees in your group. Accounts with unpaid attendees do not have reserved spaces for those attendees until a deposit is made for each, and may be canceled with no advanced notice. This is a real time system; please don't use it for price quotes, call us instead at 866/429-0828 and ask for NPC Registration! Remember, if you attended a previous NPC or emergentYS Convention, you already have an account. Please also note, if you are an alumni, make sure to choose "alumni" in the "attendee type" drop down menu.

Via mail with a credit card number or check: fill out the registration form and send in with full credit card information or a check made payable to Zondervan, 300 S. Pierce St., El Cajon, CA 92020

Be sure to include payment for your registration. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Register for retreats

Once you have registered for the retreat, you do not need to make accommodation reservations separately. They will be taken care of for you.

International Registrations
Due to increased security measures, Zondervan cannot issue letters of invitation. We are sorry, but if you are from a country that requires a travel visa, we cannot assist you in obtaining one. If you are able to secure your travel papers, we would be happy to register you, but you must take payment onsite via credit card or check. We are not able to take payment in advance as refunds across national borders are often not possible.

Registration Confirmation
After completing your registration, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes housing information and updated event details. The confirmation email will contain your registration number, which should be included in all event correspondence.

Changes to an Existing Registration
If you need to make a change to an existing registration for the our events, simply log into your registration account. You can edit attendees, add Critical Concerns Courses, and make cancellations.

Remember, if you attended a previous Zondervan or YS event (NPC, NYWC, Emergence, CORE, National Pastors Retreats), you already have an account.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All NPC cancellations are subject to a fee of $75 per person. If you cancel your registration, you may transfer your registration to a new name. In case forces beyond our control interrupt our convention, your registration will be refunded less a pro-rata share of all costs incurred.

All retreat cancellations are subject to a fee of $75 per person up until 30 days prior to the retreat. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the retreat, that cancellation is subject to a fee of $175 per person. If you cancel your registration, you may transfer your registration to a new name. In case forces beyond our control interrupt our retreat, your registration will be refunded less a pro-rata share of all costs incurred.
