Q: I'm a first-timer. What do I do once I get to the convention?
A: Please check in under your church name (groups check in under the church name also.) Once you check in, your schedule is up to you. Your time at the Convention is for fun, recharging, hanging out, and relaxing. You can choose to attend or not attend any of the scheduled activities. Headquarters for Convention is centrally located, and they will be glad to answer your questions. You will not need to sign up for the elective seminars in advance—just go! You'll find many late night activities, as well as quiet time and reflective activities.

Q: Can we bring our small children?
A: Zondervan does not provide child care. For the National Pastors Convention, however, we will have a room set aside with a live feed to the general session room. If you do have young children with you, please be courteous to the folks around you and remove them if they become disruptive. Please make sure that all paid attendees have access to seats and giveaways.

Q:What is the age limit to pay for my child to attend the general sessions?
A: Children 10 and under are free, all others pay the student rate.

Q: Are the concerts open to the public?
A: The concerts and late night events are for attendees only.

Q: Can we have a team made up of people who attend several different churches?
A: Church teams must be made up of people who attend the same physical church location. Merely attending the same denomination in the same city does not qualify for the team rate. If you are part of a network or organization, you will not qualify for the church team rate.

Q: How can I find a roommate?
A: Once you have registered for the convention, you will be able to access the online message board, including the roommate search portion.

Q: Where can we find info on airport shuttles/parking/driving directions, etc.?
A: See Location and Travel

Q: How do I check in for the NPC?
A: Please check in at the hotel first, as we do not have facilities to store luggage at the NPC. A few weeks before the convention begins, your contact person will receive an email with the onsite registration information.
