Hotel Pricing & Reservations

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot reserve multiple rooms under one name.

Once you have made your reservations, changes may be made by contacting your hotel directly.

You can cancel your reservation up until 72 hours before your arrival date. After that you will be charged your deposit of one night's room charge.

Visit the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center for information about amenities.

• Check into the hotel immediately upon arrival. (Since your room probably won't be available until 3pm, the hotel will provide storage for your luggage.)
• Check in with a major credit card (even if you wish to pay your final bill by check). Note: It is recommended that a debit card not be used for hotel check-in as many hotels block your estimated total bill as a guarantee. Credit card check-in allows you to charge all expenses to your room. If you choose not to use a credit card, you must pay cash in advance and you may not charge anything to your room.
• Settle your final bill with cash, traveler's checks, major credit card, or check (driver's license and major credit card required). Church checks made out to the hotel for the exact amount will be accepted. No third-party checks are accepted.
• Check with the hotel regarding nonprofit exemption. Make sure you remember to bring your tax exempt forms. 
• Many hotels now have a surcharge if you check out earlier than scheduled. When you check into your hotel, be sure your checkout date is correct.

Guest parking is $5 a day and local parking is $8 a day.

Travel
For those flying into San Diego International Airport:
There are two shuttle services that work out of San Diego International Airport - Cloud 9 Shuttle and Xpress Shuttle. You can learn about both agencies on their websites at http://cloud9shuttle.com/ and http://xpressshuttle.com/.

Cloud 9 will cost $12 each way between the airport and the Town & Country. Convention special! Use code ZAXK8 in the Group Code field at the bottom of the website to save $2! This is a shared ride system which means they could make a couple of stops at other locations. 

Xpress Shuttle offers an on-line coupon which reduces their cost to $10 each way.

Both websites give instructions on how to use their system.

Several taxi companies also service the airport.

For those driving to the Town and Country:
