Responsibilities
• Drive pricing, licensing, SKU and add-on offering strategy.
• Create detailed recommendations using market sizing, customer needs analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Work with The City’s product development team to lay out our product plan, and then iterate it based on customer needs and user feedback.
• Define product & service value proposition and positioning frameworks based on customer feedback and research.
• Expect to perform duties beyond your core assignment, especially during our ramp up period, including on-site customer training and deployment support as you listen to real-time customer feedback.
 
Knowledge/Experience
• A solid technical understanding and ability to translate technology to tangible organizational and individual benefits
• Experience in creating/refining value propositions, and positioningframeworks
• Strong PC/MAC skills and deep web experience
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 3-5 years in high technology marketing
 
Skills
• Ability to communicate vision and engage at the mission and vision level for each church and leader you are in contact with
• Strong presentation skills (web and face to face) and the ability to deliver differentiated messages as appropriate for decision makers
• Strong PC/Mac skills and deep web experience
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly understand customer issues and requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects across diverse set of teams and geographies and to resolve conflicts while pushing for results.
